qutecom-dbg software package provides SIP-based software telephone with video and chat features (debug files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install qutecom-dbg
qutecom-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the qutecom-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep qutecom-dbg *
You will get with qutecom-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
